Try Female Strength Training and See How Fast You Can Burn Fat

Whilst I appreciate that not every women would wish to look quite like the girl in this picture, they would do well to take a leaf out of her book and add some female strength training into their regular exercise workouts.
She has discovered the art of fast fat burn - and she may well have taken it slightly to an extreme level (although believe me there are women who take it that step further and who do physically look like men because they take steroids and supplements too) but at least she can look sexier in her clothes than the overweight and very obese women we see more and more of everywhere we go.
Female strength training doesn't have to involve such weights that will create huge and bulging biceps or masculine muscles. It can actually be fun trying to develop the muscle enough to see it in the first place.
But to do this, body fat needs to be burnt off, and this is where the two go hand in hand. Burning fat and building muscle I mean. Building bigger and stronger muscles just helps the body increase its metabolic rate which controls the speed at which our bodies burn fat.
The muscles don't ever have to be massive, even the smallest increase in size will assist with more fat burn. Muscles that are pushed and stressed (by strength training involving the use of weights) will be damaged - but this is a good thing, because the body then uses more calories and burns more fat for the repair process.
The repair process can continue for 48 hours, all the while burning more and more fat. Then the result is a bigger muscle because the repair helps them to grow, and the resulting larger muscle then permanently requires more calories to function whilst it is resting.
Whilst many believe that the mere mention of the words 'female strength training' conjure up a vision of manliness, and suggest a dingy gym with old equipment being used by huge muscle bound guys, this is no longer the case.
Fitness clubs and gyms all over the world are kitted out with some of the best equipment, they are light and bright and modern, and cater for every woman's need in the beauty area too.
They are fun to be a part of - a huge social thing nowadays as well as a place to keep your body toned and defined and fat free.
